Custom parts, designed and built to last.

We build custom parts to order, in on-demand mini manufacturing runs. Our tools are 3D printing, laser cutting, and resin and rubber casting from silicone molds. Bring us a part, a sketch, or a spec, and we'll build it in the quantity you need. No massive minimums.

Our flagship: rubber-embedded PEMF coils

A PEMF system has two parts: the device that makes the pulse, and the accessory that houses the coil and delivers the field to the body. We've designed and built many accessories for our clients over the years, sealed in rubber to hold up to daily use and the elements (it's not just a coil in a fabric sleeve). We're opening that offering to the wider PEMF market soon.

How it works

1. Tell us about your project. Send a part, a sketch, or a spec.

2. We design and prototype. You approve the part before we commit to a run.

3. We manufacture your run. You get parts built to hold up, in the quantity you need.

What we've built

We build other people's products, not just our own.

unBOXey box cutters

RidgeWalk shoe inserts
RidgeWalk shoe inserts, a client's patented insert we built the molds for.
Omnibot arm linkage
Omnibot robot arm linkage, our own, cast in resin from silicone molds.
Omnibot replacement tires
Omnibot replacement tires, cast in rubber from silicone molds.

We've been making molds and castings since 2016, with hundreds of projects behind us.

If you make or sell PEMF devices, our sister division tests them independently and reports what they actually do. Certification backed by data, not claims.
